Merchandise Value and Liabilities

The company reserves the right not to deliver orders with the incomplete shipping address
The company shall be fully liable for the amount paid by the buyer should there are any losses or damages arising out of delivery
The company reserves the right to withhold any delivery charges if the merchandise is rejected at delivery. Delivery must be accepted or rejected as a whole (all items), not by item.

Delivery Fee

Items that are delivered around Phnom Penh are free of charge if your purchase orders are worth over USD 35.
For items that are delivered to provinces, customers need to pay with us first including services before delivery.
If your purchase orders are worth below USD 35 (Phnom Penh), the delivery will be charged.
In case customers want fast delivery (within 1 day), please add 2$ with a delivery fee on any purchase.
